The terms for using this website and discovering software distributed under the NYXEN Labs brand.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to this NYXEN Labs website. A product’s own terms also apply when you install, use or purchase that product. Review the information shown before completing a purchase.
2. NYXEN Labs
NYXEN Labs is an independent software brand operating from Peru. The commercial brand is operated by Martin Enmanuel Peña Gutierrez. References to the brand do not represent it as an incorporated company.
3. Products and services
NYXEN Labs may develop and distribute multiple independent digital software products. No physical goods are shipped. Product availability, features and requirements are described on the corresponding product page.
4. Eligibility
You must be able to enter into the relevant agreement under applicable law. Where permission from a parent or guardian is required, obtain it before purchasing or using a product. Follow the eligibility requirements of the individual product and its payment provider.
5. Product-specific terms
Individual products may have additional terms, privacy information and billing policies. Those conditions apply to their specific product. They do not remove mandatory consumer protections.

This website does not offer a unified NYXEN account. Any product account is managed by that product. Keep your credentials secure and contact support if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not share another person’s account or credentials.
7. Purchases
Purchase links lead to the official product website. NYXEN does not currently operate a separate checkout on this website. Review the product, price, currency, billing frequency, delivery requirements and payment terms before confirming a purchase. Payment availability is determined by the product.
8. Subscriptions
WHORUS PRO is a recurring monthly subscription, currently S/7 in PEN or US$2 in USD per month. The available payment method, currency and applicable conditions are shown by WHORUS before payment. Activation follows confirmation of a successful payment; a browser redirect alone is not confirmation.
9. Cancellation
Cancel future WHORUS renewals from Account in the extension and wait for confirmation, or manage the subscription through the payment provider where supported. Paid access remains available until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not by itself refund the current period, subject to mandatory rights.

Product-specific refund conditions apply and must be available before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for qualifying billing errors, defects or unauthorized charges, are not excluded.
Refunds and billing issues11. Acceptable use
Use the website and products lawfully, with accounts and content you are authorized to access. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not use them for unauthorized access, deception, abuse, infringement or interference with services. WHORUS works only with content received after it is connected; it does not grant access to another person’s account.
12. Intellectual property
NYXEN Labs and product names, designs, code and content are protected where applicable. Purchasing access grants only the usage rights described by the product, not ownership of its intellectual property. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
13. Third-party services
Products may depend on browsers, platforms, hosting services or payment providers with their own terms. WHORUS is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. Links do not imply a partnership or endorsement.
14. Service availability
Software may require maintenance, updates or third-party compatibility changes. A product’s current availability and limitations are described on its official website. These terms do not promise uninterrupted operation or remove remedies required by law.
15. Liability and mandatory rights
Responsibility and any limits of liability are subject to applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights. Keep independent downloaded copies of content you need to retain.
16. Changes to services and terms
Product features and these terms may change. Material changes affecting a paid service will be communicated through appropriate product channels as required by law. The effective version and rights applicable to a transaction remain subject to the terms accepted and mandatory law.
