What you receive

A purchase provides the digital software access or subscription described by the selected product. Delivery does not include physical goods, packaging or shipping. Review the selected plan and requirements before purchase.

WHORUS delivery and activation

For WHORUS, delivery consists of access/download instructions and activation of the applicable software subscription once payment has been successfully confirmed. Download the extension from the official WHORUS website, follow the installation steps, create your product account and activate PRO.

Check the subscription status in Account. An unconfirmed payment or a browser redirect alone does not activate access. Availability of payment methods is shown in the product.

Requirements before purchase

WHORUS currently requires:

• A desktop computer with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
• An active WHORUS PRO subscription
• One device and one connected WhatsApp account
• An active connection so WHORUS can receive content

Connection and content limitations

WHORUS works only with content received after the service has been connected. Keep the browser and connection active to receive content. Your local gallery does not automatically move to another browser or profile. Download important files before removing the extension or clearing browser data.

Delivery or activation problems

If a confirmed payment does not appear in your product account, contact contactowhorus@gmail.com or use the contact page. Include the product, account email and payment reference. Do not include credentials or full card details.
