Terms of service

Updated October 25, 2026

The terms for using this website and discovering software distributed under the NYXEN Labs brand.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to this NYXEN Labs website. A product’s own terms also apply when you install, use or purchase that product. Review the information shown before completing a purchase.

2. NYXEN Labs

NYXEN Labs is an independent software brand operating from Peru. The commercial brand is operated by Martin Enmanuel Peña Gutierrez. References to the brand do not represent it as an incorporated company.

3. Products and services

NYXEN Labs may develop and distribute multiple independent digital software products. No physical goods are shipped. Product availability, features and requirements are described on the corresponding product page.

4. Eligibility

You must be able to enter into the relevant agreement under applicable law. Where permission from a parent or guardian is required, obtain it before purchasing or using a product. Follow the eligibility requirements of the individual product and its payment provider.

5. Product-specific terms

Individual products may have additional terms, privacy information and billing policies. Those conditions apply to their specific product. They do not remove mandatory consumer protections.

View WHORUS policies

6. Accounts

This website does not offer a unified NYXEN account. Any product account is managed by that product. Keep your credentials secure and contact support if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not share another person’s account or credentials.

7. Purchases

Purchase links lead to the official product website. NYXEN does not currently operate a separate checkout on this website. Review the product, price, currency, billing frequency, delivery requirements and payment terms before confirming a purchase. Payment availability is determined by the product.

8. Subscriptions

WHORUS PRO is a recurring monthly subscription, currently S/7 in PEN or US$2 in USD per month. The available payment method, currency and applicable conditions are shown by WHORUS before payment. Activation follows confirmation of a successful payment; a browser redirect alone is not confirmation.

9. Cancellation

Cancel future WHORUS renewals from Account in the extension and wait for confirmation, or manage the subscription through the payment provider where supported. Paid access remains available until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not by itself refund the current period, subject to mandatory rights.

WHORUS payment & cancellation policy

10. Refunds

Product-specific refund conditions apply and must be available before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for qualifying billing errors, defects or unauthorized charges, are not excluded.

Refunds and billing issues

11. Acceptable use

Use the website and products lawfully, with accounts and content you are authorized to access. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not use them for unauthorized access, deception, abuse, infringement or interference with services. WHORUS works only with content received after it is connected; it does not grant access to another person’s account.

12. Intellectual property

NYXEN Labs and product names, designs, code and content are protected where applicable. Purchasing access grants only the usage rights described by the product, not ownership of its intellectual property. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

13. Third-party services

Products may depend on browsers, platforms, hosting services or payment providers with their own terms. WHORUS is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. Links do not imply a partnership or endorsement.

14. Service availability

Software may require maintenance, updates or third-party compatibility changes. A product’s current availability and limitations are described on its official website. These terms do not promise uninterrupted operation or remove remedies required by law.

15. Liability and mandatory rights

Responsibility and any limits of liability are subject to applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights. Keep independent downloaded copies of content you need to retain.

16. Changes to services and terms

Product features and these terms may change. Material changes affecting a paid service will be communicated through appropriate product channels as required by law. The effective version and rights applicable to a transaction remain subject to the terms accepted and mandatory law.

17. Contact

Contact contactowhorus@gmail.com or use the contact page.

18. Applicable law

Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force. These terms do not select a court or jurisdiction that deprives you of rights available under applicable law. Contact us with questions about the terms applicable to a purchase.

Privacy policy

Updated October 25, 2026

What data NYXEN Labs uses, why it is needed and how to exercise your rights.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller for this catalog’s contact data is Martin Enmanuel Peña Gutierrez, who operates NYXEN Labs from Peru. Contact: contactowhorus@gmail.com. This policy covers browsing and requests sent to NYXEN; each product describes its specific processing on its own website.

Address for handling requests: Av. José Larco 400, Miraflores, Lima 15074, Perú.

Contact details and requests

The form prepares a draft in your email app. What you type stays in the form until you prepare the draft; it is not sent to a NYXEN API or saved in a website database. We receive the message only when you send that email.

The message includes your full name, reply email, request type, product, subject and the content you choose to write. We need a way to reply and enough information to understand your request. This form does not request identity documents, passwords, session keys, private conversations or complete card numbers.

Purposes and grounds

We use necessary data to answer your questions, provide support and, where relevant, provide or manage a service you request. Records required by law are processed to meet that obligation; records needed for a dispute are limited to handling it. We do not use messages for advertising or sell contact databases.

Contractual necessity, steps requested before a contract and legal obligations apply only where relevant to the case. If another use requires consent, it will be requested before that use and may be withdrawn for future processing. You can browse the catalog without sending an enquiry. This website does not make automated decisions about people or build advertising profiles.

Browsing and hosting

Cloudflare Pages is the intended host. To deliver and protect the website, hosting may process IP address, browser, requested URL, timestamps and security events. Records and retention depend on the service and deployment settings. NYXEN’s code includes no advertising analytics or tracking pixels.

Cloudflare privacy

Email and data transfers

The contact mailbox uses Google’s Gmail. Your email provider also handles messages you send. These services and hosting may process data outside Peru; storage in one country is not promised. Sharing must be limited to what is needed for delivery, handling the request and applicable obligations. You can ask about relevant providers and safeguards for your case.

Payments and dLocal Go

This catalog has no checkout of its own, does not collect card data and does not send visitor or form data to dLocal Go. Purchase links open the product’s official website. Before paying, check its provider, requested data and transaction terms.

When a product purchase uses dLocal Go, NYXEN is responsible for the data it decides to process for that commercial relationship. Depending on the operation, dLocal may act as a processor for the merchant and as an independent controller for its own purposes, such as fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. Its privacy notice explains those uses. An erasure request does not override records a provider must legally retain.

dLocal Go privacy notice

WHORUS data

Using WHORUS involves additional processing: account, devices, WhatsApp connection and session, billing and service content. Its privacy information distinguishes device-stored copies from temporary server processing and account and subscription records. Optional features may use other providers. Read that information before connecting your account; this catalog’s minimal collection does not describe the entire product.

How long data is kept

Correspondence is kept while a request is handled and afterwards only as needed to evidence its handling, meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Once no longer needed it must be deleted or anonymized. If some data must be retained, it is limited to that information and purpose; you can ask for the criterion and period applicable to your case. This catalog has no message database and cannot automatically erase the email mailbox.

Your rights and how to request them

You may request information, access, rectification, cancellation or erasure and object to processing, as well as other rights recognized by applicable law, such as portability or withdrawal of consent where relevant. Requests are free. Email contactowhorus@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy” or select the relevant right in the form.

Include your name, a reply email, the affected data or account and your request. Use your account email where possible. Verification must be proportionate; do not submit identity documents or secrets through the form. If more information or another verification method is needed, we will explain how to proceed. Preparing a draft does not submit a request to us.

For requests governed by Peruvian rules, maximum response periods are 8 business days for information, 20 for access and 10 for rectification, cancellation or objection, counted from the day after submission. Statutory correction, suspension and extension rules apply where relevant; extensions must be explained and communicated. The response will explain actions taken and any legal retention or limitation.

Make a privacy request

If you need to complain

If no response arrives within the applicable period or you disagree with it, you can contact Peru’s National Personal Data Protection Authority or the authority competent for your case. Keep a copy of your submitted request and any response.

ANPD complaint procedure

Security

The catalog limits requested information, does not save fields in local storage and includes no private keys in the browser. Optional server delivery requires explicit activation, checks the origin, validates fields and limits message size. API responses do not include submitted contents and cannot be cached. No system removes every risk; report incidents to the contact email without unnecessarily forwarding other people’s data.

Cookies and policy updates

The catalog’s code sets no application cookies and stores no preferences. Hosting may use necessary security mechanisms depending on its settings. We will update this policy if data, purposes or providers change and provide any notice or consent required before new processing.

Refunds and billing issues

Updated October 25, 2026

Clear billing information, product-specific conditions and the preservation of your mandatory consumer rights.

Before you purchase

Digital subscriptions may have product-specific refund conditions. Review the applicable product policy before purchasing. Customers are shown the following information before confirming payment:

Product and plan
Price and currency
Billing frequency
Renewal conditions
Cancellation information
Digital delivery and product requirements

WHORUS subscriptions

WHORUS PRO costs S/7 or US$2 per month and renews monthly. Its published policy does not offer discretionary refunds for change of mind, lack of use or cancellation during a paid period, except where required by applicable law. Refund eligibility remains subject to that product policy and mandatory consumer rights.

WHORUS Payment & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Cancel future renewals at any time from Account in WHORUS and wait for confirmation, or through the payment provider where supported. Access remains available until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals; any refund of the current period is assessed under the applicable policy and law.

Billing errors and unauthorized charges

For billing errors, duplicate payments or unauthorized charges, contact contactowhorus@gmail.com. Include the product, payment provider, date and reference so the issue can be investigated. Do not send a password, full card number or CVV.

A billing request is reviewed according to the facts, the product conditions and applicable obligations. This policy does not guarantee an outcome or prevent a valid request.

Mandatory rights

Mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s jurisdiction are not limited by this policy. Any remedy, refund or other right required by applicable law remains available.

Cookie policy

Updated October 25, 2026

A minimal website, with no advertising or analytics trackers in this release.

What this website uses

The NYXEN Labs application does not set cookies or write visitor data to local storage. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. This release includes no Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, Meta Pixel or other marketing tracker.

Necessary hosting mechanisms

Depending on deployment and security settings, the hosting provider may use necessary cookies or similar mechanisms for security and request handling. Any such mechanisms must be reflected in the deployed site’s information. Basic server requests and security processing are described in our privacy policy.

External product websites

WHORUS and other linked services have separate privacy and cookie practices. Following a link does not enable their trackers on this NYXEN website. Review the relevant service’s own information when you visit it.

Future optional analytics

If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies are added, this policy and the implementation must be updated before they run. Where required, visitors must be able to make a meaningful consent choice before those tools load.

Digital delivery

Updated October 25, 2026

NYXEN products are digital products. No physical goods are shipped.

What you receive

A purchase provides the digital software access or subscription described by the selected product. Delivery does not include physical goods, packaging or shipping. Review the selected plan and requirements before purchase.

WHORUS delivery and activation

For WHORUS, delivery consists of access/download instructions and activation of the applicable software subscription once payment has been successfully confirmed. Download the extension from the official WHORUS website, follow the installation steps, create your product account and activate PRO.

Check the subscription status in Account. An unconfirmed payment or a browser redirect alone does not activate access. Availability of payment methods is shown in the product.

WHORUS installation instructions

Requirements before purchase

WHORUS currently requires:

A desktop computer with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
An active WHORUS PRO subscription
One device and one connected WhatsApp account
An active connection so WHORUS can receive content

Connection and content limitations

WHORUS works only with content received after the service has been connected. Keep the browser and connection active to receive content. Your local gallery does not automatically move to another browser or profile. Download important files before removing the extension or clearing browser data.

Delivery or activation problems

If a confirmed payment does not appear in your product account, contact contactowhorus@gmail.com or use the contact page. Include the product, account email and payment reference. Do not include credentials or full card details.
